Para su estudio, se analiza la relación que existe entre regulación e innovación, y si la regulación pudiera ser considerada una carga normativa. En este sentido, se concluye que la regulación de la IA sí podría ser considerada de esa manera; en particular, si no se tiene en cuenta el tamaño de las empresas, los riesgos de la tecnología, sus aplicaciones y derechos en los que incide.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article addresses some of the main dilemmas that exist between regulatory burdens and the impact that these could have on innovation in AI systems. It analyzes the relationship between regulation and innovation and whether regulation could be considered a regulatory burden. In this sense, it is concluded that AI regulation could be considered a regulatory burden, particularly if it does not consider the size of the companies, the risks of the technology, its applications, and the rights it affects.]]></p></abstract>
