Surgieron nuevas necesidades que debían atenderse para garantizar la continuidad de las clases. En este contexto, marcado por una gran incertidumbre, se investiga el papel de las redes personales de docentes peruanos en tanto potenciales fuentes de apoyo. Asimismo, se analiza la mediación del contexto organizacional educativo en el funcionamiento de estas redes. El diseño metodológico fue de carácter mixto. Los resultados sugieren la presencia de un apoyo multidimensional que desbordó la dimensión laboral-pedagógica. El contexto organizacional favoreció prácticas de apoyo mutuo, pero también tuvo efectos no buscados negativos en las vidas personales de los docentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: As a result of the pandemic, educational systems in Latin America began to operate remotely through the internet. New needs arose that had to be met to guarantee the continuity of classes. In this context, marked by great uncertainty, this article investigates the role of the personal networks of Peruvian teachers, as potential sources of support. Likewise, the mediation of the educational organizational context in the functioning of these networks is analyzed. The methodological design was mixed in nature. Results suggest the presence of multidimensional support that went far beyond work-related matters. The organizational context favored mutual support practices, but also had unintended negative effects on teachers&#8217; personal lives.]]></p></abstract>
