Sin embargo, en el informe, los estudios de impactos en sectores socioeconómicos y ecosistemas incluyen los efectos directos del Cambio Climático (CC), pero excluyen los efectos indirectos (interdependencias) y dinámicos (retroalimentación). El objetivo es integrar todos los impactos atribuibles al CC en un Modelo Regional Multisectorial de Simulación Dinámica (MRMSD) conceptualmente basado en un Enfoque Sistémico y metodológicamente apoyado en la Dinámica de Sistemas. La ampliación del modelaje muestra que los efectos adversos totales son entre dos y tres veces mayores que los efectos directos, lo que señala la importancia de desarrollar instrumentos que permitan la estimación de los efectos totales del deterioro del medio ambiente a nivel regional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Baja California joined a group of 12 Mexican entities that have concluded with the elaboration of the State Program of Action for Climate Change (Programa Estatal de (PEACC-BC in Spanish). However, in the report, studies of sectoral economic impacts include the direct effects of climate change (CC), but exclude indirect effects and (interdependencies) dynamic (feedback). The objective is to integrate all economic impacts attributable to CC in a Regional Multisectoral Dynamic Simulation Model (MRMSD) conceptually based on a Systemic Approach and methodologically supported in System Dynamics. The extension of the modeling shows that the total adverse effects of CC are between two and three times higher than the direct effects, which points out the importance of developing instruments that enable the estimation of the total effects of the deterioration of the environment at the regional level.]]></p></abstract>
