Planificar y desarrollar el Practicum en la titulación de Educación Social es tarea compleja porque la propia realidad profesional también lo es y porque implica una actividad interinstitucional e interdepartamental. En este artículo se presenta un proceso de innovación en el marco de la investigación-acción, que recoge cuatro años de trabajo colaborativo en el que han participado profesorado de universidad, profesionales de entidades socioeducativas colaboradoras con el Practicum y estudiantes de la titulación. El propósito es compartir la experiencia, aportar sugerencias para la planificación del Practicum y mostrar el valor del trabajo colaborativo interinstitucional e interdepartamental en la optimización de procesos formativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A sociedade exige à universidade a preparação de futuros profissionais que irão se integrar ao mundo do trabalho, e nessa formação o Practicum assume responsabilidade especial fornecendo experiências profissionalizantes para os estudantes. Planificar e desenvolver o Practicum na formação de Educação Social é tarefa complexa, porque a própria realidade profissional também é complexa e porque implica uma atividade interinstitucional e interdepartamental. Neste artigo é apresentado um processo de inovação no âmbito da investigação-ação, que integra quatro anos de trabalho colaborativo com a participação do professorado de universidades, profissionais de entidades socioeducativas colaboradoras com o Practicum e estudantes da titulação. O objetivo é compartilhar a experiência, oferecer sugestões para planificação do Practicum e mostrar o valor do trabalho colaborativo interinstitucional e interdepartamental na otimização de processos formativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Society demands from Universities to prepare professionals to be incorporated into the working world and in such training the Practicum has a special responsibility in providing students with professionalizing experiences. Planning and developing the Practicum in undergraduate social education is complex because the professional life is as well. Likewise, it involves an inherent interagency and interdepartmental activity. This paper analyzes an innovative process in the context of action research, which encompasses four years of collaborative work where college faculty, professionals in partner social and educational institutions collaborating with the Practicum and undergraduate students all participated. The purpose is to share the experience, provide suggestions for planning the Practicum and show the value of interdepartmental and interagency collaborative work in the optimization of educational processes.]]></p></abstract>
