Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes participantes, en un porcentaje significativo, integran diversas representaciones y, con ello, explican los modelos del enlace químico, las propiedades, estructura y composición de los materiales desde el nivel nanoscópico, a diferencia de estudiantes que cursan la asignatura de forma tradicional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Este trabalho expõe as possibilidades na melhora da aprendizagem de temas científicos -ligação química- no ensino médio, com aplicação de uma sequência didática orientada a partir de uma perspectiva educativa baseada na múltipla representacionalidade, a colaboração e o emprego das técnicas da informação e a comunicação (TIC) num ambiente como o apresentado pelos novos laboratórios de ciências no ensino médio da Universidade Nacional Autônoma do México (UNAM). Os resultados indicam que os estudantes participantes, numa porcentagem significativa, integram diversas representações e, dessa forma, explicam os modelos de ligação química, as propriedades, estrutura e composição dos materiais desde nível nanoscópico, diferente de estudantes que cursam a aula da forma tradicional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article shows the possibility to improve the learning of scientific subjects -chemical bond -in high school by using a didactic sequence based on multiple representations, collaboration and used information and technology techniques (ICT) in environments such as the new science laboratories of the (UNAM) high school. The results show that the patricipating students integrate a diversity of representations and thus explain the model of chemical bonds, properties, structure and composition of the materials from the nanoscopic level as opposed to students who learn the subject in a traditional manner.]]></p></abstract>
