Entre las principales limitantes para la producción se encuentran los ácaros, por lo cual, con el objetivo de conocer la fluctuación poblacional del eriófido Aceria annonae (Keifer) entre febrero y diciembre de 2016, se realizaron muestreos periódicos cada 30 días en tres municipios y cuatro localidades: Compostela (Altavista y El Divisadero), Xalisco (San Antonio) y Tepic (El Trapichillo). Para los muestreos se consideraron 10 árboles por localidad, seleccionados aleatoriamente; cada árbol se dividió en cinco áreas de muestreo, una por punto cardinal, con una hoja (muestra) por área, igualmente seleccionada al azar, para un total de 50 muestras por localidad. Las muestras se llevaron al laboratorio de parasitología agrícola, de la Unidad Académica de Agricultura, en la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, lugar en el cual se cuantificaron periódicamente los totales de erineos y de adultos por hoja, de cada localidad. Las variables número de erineos por hoja, número de adultos por erineos y los factores climáticos, se correlacionaron mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson (SAS Institute, 2004). De las cuatro localidades unicamente se obtuvo correlación positiva en la localidad de San Antonio, donde la temperatura parece tener un efecto en las variables de erineos por hoja (CC= 0.89885 y Prob&gt; |R|= 0.0002) y adultos por erineo (CC= 0.62875 y Prob&gt; |R|= 0.0385), para la localidad de El Trapichillo, solo la variable erineos por hoja se correlacionó con la temperatura con el número de erineos por hoja, (CC=0.85937 y Prob&gt; |R|= 0.0007).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Nayarit is the main producer of soursop (Annona muricata L.) worldwide. Among the main limitations for production are mites, so, in order to know the population fluctuation of the eriophyid Acerio annonae (Keifer) between February and December 2016, periodic sampling was done every 30 days in three municipalities and four localities: Compostela (Altavista and El Divisadero), Xalisco (San Antonio) and Tepic (El Trapichillo). For the samplings, 10 trees were considered by location, randomly selected; each tree was divided into five sampling areas, one per cardinal point, with one leaf (sample) per area, also randomly selected, for a total of 50 samples per location. The samples were taken to the agricultural parasitology laboratory of the Agricultural Academic Unit at the Autonomous University of Nayarit, where the total number of adults and adults per sheet was periodically quantified from each locality. The variables number of erineos by leaf, number of adults by erineos and the climatic factors, were correlated by means of the correlation coefficient of Pearson (SAS Institute, 2004).
