El método empleado fue la anodización, a través del cual se obtuvieron películas con nanoporos uniformemente ordenados a lo largo de la superficie, cuyos diámetros porosos fueron del orden de 5 a 15 nanómetros y espesores de las películas a nivel de micras. La caracterización estructural de las PNOA fue realizada por medio de Microscopia Electrónica de Barrido (MEB) y Difracción de Rayos X (DRX) para un análisis de las fases presentes en la muestra; se lograron evaluar las dimensiones de los diámetros porosos y espesores de película.]]></p></abstract>

Anodization was used to obtain films with nanopores ordered uniformly over the surface having pore diameters about 5 to 15 nanometers and film thicknesses at micron scale. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to perform structural characterization, including a phase analysis; dimensions of porous diameters and of film thickness were successfully measured.]]></p></abstract>

<body><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2"><b>Resumen</b></font></p>              <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">Las pel&iacute;culas nanoporosas de &oacute;xido de aluminio (PNOA) fueron obtenidas a diferentes condiciones de s&iacute;ntesis (variando concentraci&oacute;n del electrolito y voltaje aplicado), con la finalidad de obtener pel&iacute;culas con diversas morfolog&iacute;as entre ellas. El m&eacute;todo empleado fue la anodizaci&oacute;n, a trav&eacute;s del cual se obtuvieron pel&iacute;culas con nanoporos uniformemente ordenados a lo largo de la superficie, cuyos di&aacute;metros porosos fueron del orden de 5 a 15 nan&oacute;metros y espesores de las pel&iacute;culas a nivel de micras.
