<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1665-26732023000300010&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1665-26732023000300010&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1665-26732023000300010&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[ Resumen Una competencia genérica que todo estudiante universitario debe tener es la habilidad de trabajar en equipo; sin embargo, su percepción y actitud hacia el trabajo en equipo determina sus esfuerzos para desarrollar esta competencia, por lo que conocer estas percepciones y actitudes es fundamental cuando se trata de elegir estrategias adecuadas para el entrenamiento durante su formación profesional. Por tanto, se evaluó la percepción y la actitud de un grupo de estudiantes universitarios del área de tecnologías de información, específicamente de programas académicos de Ingeniería de software e Ingeniería en computación, mediante la utilización de un instrumento con escalamiento de Likert. Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes encuestados tienen poco interés en conocer qué es el trabajo en equipo, aunque entre los grupos de mujeres y estudiantes de menor edad, existe un interés mayor por capacitarse en el área. También se encontró que entre los grupos de estudiantes de mayor edad y de mujeres, existe mayor preocupación por esta forma de trabajo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Abstract A generic skill that every university student should have, is the ability to work in a team. However, their perception and attitude towards teamwork determine their efforts to develop this competence, so understanding these perceptions and attitudes is fundamental to deciding on appropriate strategies to train them during their professional formation. For this reason, the perception and attitude of a group of university students of the information technology area, specifically of Software engineering and Computer engineering academic programs, were evaluated using a Likert -scale instrument. The results show that the surveyed students have little interest in knowing what teamwork is, although among the groups formed by women and younger students, there is more interest in being trained in the area. In addition, it was found that among the groups of older students and women, there is more concern about this form of work.]]></p></abstract>
