En este caso, el docente universitario des empeña el papel de tutor, quien necesita contar con competencias socioemocionales para desempeñar adecuadamente su labor. Sin embargo, es infrecuente la evaluación de los perfiles de los tutores para identificar fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad para consolidar los programas de tutoría en las instituciones. En este trabajo se ex tiende la funcionalidad de uno de los servicios más utilizados para obtener rasgos de personalidad, con el fin de obtener perfiles de tutores a través del análisis lingüístico de las notas registradas en las sesiones tutoriales. Se empleó el método Prototipos deformables borrosos para caracterizar los perfiles. Asimismo, se triangularon los resultados obtenidos mediante una prueba existente en la literatura que mide rasgos de personalidad obteniendo 85% de coincidencia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Abstract Tutoring at the higher level emerges as a strategy to reduce academ ic laggard and student dropout; because the students are monitored during their education. Then, the university teachers become tutors who need have socio-emotional skills to perform their work prop erly. However, the evaluation of tutors&#8217; profiles to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to consolidate mentoring programs in in stitutions is rare. In this work extends the functionality of one of the most used services in obtaining tutors&#8217; profiles through the linguis tic analysis of the notes recorded in the tutorial sessions. The Fuzzy deformable prototypes method was used to characterize the profiles. The results were triangulated using a test, previously published, that measured personality traits obtaining an accuracy of 85% coinci dence.]]></p></abstract>
