Dicho tema ha sido investigado en el área empresarial, pero en educación existe una débil evidencia al respecto y es más escasa aun en educación de adultos, población considerada en este estudio. El propósito de esta investigación es conocer la relación que puede existir entre la gestión directiva, la satisfacción, el compromiso y la motivación docente en establecimientos educacionales para adultos. La metodología utilizada fue selectiva o correlacional, su diseño es de tipo no experimental y transversal. La población esta compuesta por docentes que trabajan en Establecimientos de adultos en Chile, la muestra la componen 59 individuos. Se utilizo una escala Likert y los datos se analizaron mediante correlación de Pearson. Los resultados muestran que existe una correlación positiva y significativa entre las dimensiones incluidas en el estudio.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Abstract The perception of the environment manifested by the members of an institution and the management processes implemented are relevant to the achievement of organizational objectives. This topic has been researched in the business area, but in education there is weak evidence in this regard and even less in adult education, population considered in this study. The research purpose is to know the relationship that may exist between management, satisfaction, commitment and teacher motivation in adult education establishments. The methodology used was selective or correlational, its design is non-experimental and transversal. The population is composed of teachers who work in adult establishments in Chile, the sample is composed of 59 individuals. A Likert scale was used and the data were analyzed by Pearson correlation. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between the dimensions included in the study.]]></p></abstract>
