The article introduces to the mathematical foundations on oriented adjacency graphs in triangular tilings and studies boundaries and contours of such objects. The proposed algorithm is illustrated using examples and compared with previously known algorithms of boundary determination for abstract structures containing triangular tiles.
</abstract>
