A través de las modalidades conceptuales propuestas por Astrid Erll se describen y analizan los procesos del trazo intermedial, la remediación transmedial y las implicaciones intramediales de Somos., relato en formato serie, producido por Netflix, que adapta a la ficción la &#8220;masacre de Allende&#8221; sucedida en Coahuila en 2011. Proponemos que Somos., si bien enuncia la intención de sustituir el discurso frívolo de la violencia por un relato &#8220;realista&#8221; centrado en las víctimas de esta, de hecho complementa un discurso audiovisual -y contribuye a una memoria colectiva- que alimenta una narrativa hegemónica transnacional de la &#8220;violencia latinoamericana&#8221;.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This work looks at the notions of memory immersed in transnational media products. Through the conceptual modalities proposed by Astrid Erll, the processes of the intermedial trace, the transmedial remediation, and the intramedial implications of Somos., a serialized story produced by Netflix which adapts the &#8220;Allende massacre&#8221; to fiction, are described and analyzed. We propose that although Somos. states the intention of replacing the frivolous discourse of violence with a &#8220;realistic&#8221; account focused on its victims, in fact, it complements an audiovisual discourse-and contributes to a collective memory-that feeds a transnational hegemonic narrative of &#8220;Latin American violence&#8221;.]]></p></abstract>
