<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0035-001X2011000400009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0035-001X2011000400009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0035-001X2011000400009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la evaluación de la resistencia a la corrosión dinámica, la erosión y la corrosión-erosión a un angulo de impacto de 90°, de las películas delgadas en forma de multicapas de TiN/TiAlN depositadas con periodos de 2, 6, 12 y 24 bicapas sobre sustratos de acero AISI 1045, mediante un sistema magnetrón sputtering con r.f reactivo a partir de blancos de Ti y Al de alta pureza (99,99 %) en una atmosfera compuesta de Ar/N. La caracterización electroquímica se realizó mediante la técnica curvas de polarización Tafel y la caracterización miscroestructural mediante microscopia electrónica de barrido. Se encontró una disminución notablemente en la velocidad de corrosión para las muestras recubiertas en condiciones de corrosión dinámica y corrosión erosión. La muestra recubierta con 24 bicapas fue la de mejor comportamiento en ambas situaciones, corroborando un buen desempeño, de las bicapas, a la resistencia de la corrosión y la corrosión erosión. Los resultados de microscopía electrónica de barrido muestran un buen sellado de las bicapas lo que ratifica el efecto protector al sustrato dado por los recubrimientos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper presents the results of the evaluation to the resistance to dynamic corrosión, erosión and corrosion-erosion at an impact angle of 90° of thin films in the form of multilayer TiN / TiAlN deposited with periods of 2, 6, 12 and 24 bilayers on substrates of AISI 1045 steel, through a system with rf reactive magnetrón sputtering from Ti and Al targets of high purity (99.99%) in an atmosphere composed of Ar / N. The electrochemical characterization was carried out by using Tafel polarization curves and microstructural characterization by scanning electrón microscopy. There was a significant decrease in the corrosión rate for the coated samples in terms of dynamic corrosión and corrosion-erosion. The sample covered by 24 bilayers had the best behavior in both situations, confirming a good performance of the bilayers to the resistance to corrosión and erosión corrosión. The results of scanning electrón microscopy showed a good sealing of the bilayers, which confirms the protective effect given by the substrate coatings.]]></p></abstract>
