En particular, la corriente de corto-circuito (Isc), el factor de llenado (FF) y el voltaje a circuito abierto (Voc) son reportados y discutidos en función de dichos tratamientos. Se muestra que el tratamiento térmico mejora apreciablemente el voltaje de circuito abierto y el factor de llenado de las celdas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[In this paper we present a study on the influence of CdCl2 thermal annealing on the characteristics of CdS/CdTe solar cells. Particularly the short circuit current (Isc), the fill factor (FF) and the open circuit voltage (Voc) are reported and discussed as a function of the annealing conditions. We show that the annealing improves substantially the open circuit voltage and the fill factor of the cells.]]></p></abstract>

En particular, la corriente de corto&#45;circuito (Isc), el factor de llenado (FF) y el voltaje a circuito abierto (V<sub>oc</sub>) son reportados y discutidos en funci&oacute;n de dichos tratamientos.
