En este trabajo se pretende conocer el impacto que tienen los diversos objetivos de la administración de compensaciones en los componentes de las mismas compensaciones, es una investigación cuantitativa en la que participaron 306 personas, destacando que los principales objetivos de las compensaciones es mejorar los resultados de la empresa y promover la efectividad, mientras que el salario y las prestaciones son los principales componentes de la mezcla de compensaciones que prefieren los trabajadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Currently, the functions of human resources management- attract and retain talent, train people, performance appraisal and rewards - are in constant change and because of this, it must remain up to date in the competitive environment through the use of technology and attending people&#8217;s needs. In this research we want to know the impact of the different objectives of compensation management in the compensation mix, such as monetary or non-monetary type. This is a quantitative research in which 306 workers participated1 and our findings were that the main objectives of compensations are &#8220;to improve the performance of the company&#8221; and &#8220;promote effectiveness&#8221;, while &#8220;wages&#8221; and &#8220;benefits&#8221; are the main components of the mix of compensation that workers prefer.]]></p></abstract>
