In fact, surveys about labour conditions have shown, this is a widely extended phenotnenon and that (here are a great variety of stress sources which produce this experience and use to be associated to negative consequences. In the present work we will analyse, at the first place, the classical exposition of labour stress and then we Will remark some important characteristics ofan approach that tries to gofurther, keeping into consideration social and collective aspects as well as the actual labour environment in which this particular type of approach could be used.]]></p></abstract>
