La argumentación considera a) la delimitación del marco teórico, tanto de la psicología de la salud ocupacional, como de lo psicosocial en el trabajo y las organizaciones, b) una revisión y especificación sobre el avance conceptual; y c) una reflexión crítica para proponer una progresión desde los factores de riesgo y riesgos psicosociales hasta los factores protectores y protectores psicosociales. Entre las conclusiones, la utilidad de esta propuesta radica en tener un espectro que contextualice las investigaciones y oriente las intervenciones profesionales realizadas en el ámbito laboral para mejorar la salud psicosocial de las personas en el trabajo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract A conceptual approach of a bidirectional progression of psychosocial factors at work is proposed. The argument considers: a) the delimitation of the theoretical framework, both of occupational health psychology and psychosocial at work and organizations; b) a review and specification regarding the conceptual advance; c) a critical reflection to propose a progression from risk factors and psychosocial risks to protective factors and psychosocial protectors. In conclusion, the usefulness of this proposal lies in having a spectrum that contextualizes research and guides professional interventions carried out in the workplace to improve the psychosocial health of people at work.]]></p></abstract>
