Sin embargo, no todas las compañías están convencidas de apostar por dicha evolución, debido a la alta demanda de recursos que la implementación de cada plataforma conlleva, asi como la escasez de profesionales facultados para su puesta en marcha. En este trabajo se incorporan herramientas de la industria 4.0 como: los sistemas ciber físicos, minería de datos y big data en una plataforma tecnológica desarrollada para una empresa del sector electrónico donde el rezago tecnológico aún está presente. La plataforma tecnológica desarrollada, consiste en un sistema de monitoreo de la eficacia (OEE) de la operación restricción del área más crítica de toda la cadena de valor de la empresa. Dicha plataforma se compone por tres partes. La primera de adquisición y procesamiento de señales para convertirlas en información relevante del proceso, misma que es desarrollada en Labview interactuando con componentes de la maquinaría de manera directa y en tiempo real. La segunda es el medio de almacenamiento de la información donde se utiliza una base de datos en Microsoft SQL. Y por último tableros digitales de información desarrollados en la plataforma PowerBi, que analizan y proyectan los resultados del desempeño de la operación poniendo al alcance del usuario final información digerible respecto al desempeño de la operación. Denotando de esta manera las áreas de oportunidad del proceso que contribuyen a una baja eficiencia del proceso productivo y a la acumulación de tiempo muerto durante el turno. Con el objetivo de demostrar el beneficio de utilizar plataformas tecnológicas para la captura y análisis de la información en los procesos de manufactura. Y pretendiendo facultar al personal operativo y técnico en el uso de nuevas tecnologías para el mejoramiento de los procesos manufactureros.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract As part of the technological evolution proposed by Industry 4.0, the adoption of information technologies in manufacturing processes has a benefit in how industrial processes are managed. However, not all companies are convinced to bet on such developments, due to the high demand for resources that the implementation of each platform implies, as well as the shortage of professionals empowered for its implementation. This work incorporates industry 4.0 tools such as: cyber physical systems, data mining and big data into a technology platform developed for an electronics company where technological lag is still present. The technological platform developed consists of an efficiency monitoring system (OEE) of the operation restriction of the most critical area of the entire value chain of the company. This platform consists of three parts. The first one, acquisition and processing of signals to convert them into relevant process information, which is developed in Labview interacting with machine components directly and in real time. The second one is the storage medium where a database is used in Microsoft SQL. The last one is digital dashboards developed on the PowerBi platform, which analyze and project the results of the performance of the operation making available to the end user digestible information regarding the performance of the operation. Thus, denoting the areas of opportunity of the process that contribute to a low efficiency of the production process and the accumulation of downtime during the shift. In order to demonstrate the benefit of using technology platforms for the capture and analysis of information in manufacturing processes. And aiming to empower operational and technical personnel in the use of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes.]]></p></abstract>
