Este estudio tuvo como propósito recopilar evidencia que respalde la validez de contenido de un guion de entrevista diseñado para examinar cómo el profesorado de educación superior utiliza la evaluación docente. Por medio de un enfoque descriptivo no experimental, se validó el guion de entrevista mediante el juicio de cinco expertos. El consenso entre los especialistas se determinó con el coeficiente V de Aiken, estableciendo 0.50 como punto de corte, obteniendo puntuaciones promedio de 0.74 para Claridad, 0.90 para Coherencia y 0.86 para Relevancia. Además, los jueces sugirieron cambios en la redacción, la inclusión o eliminación de preguntas. Se ajustaron diez preguntas y se añadieron ocho nuevas, lo que respalda la validez de contenido del guion y su adopción para investigar el uso de la evaluación docente en educación superior.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The use of teaching evaluation for improvement purposes is a controversial topic, especially when the prevailing focus is on administrative decision-making. This study aimed to provide evidence of content validity of an interview protocol designed to examine how higher education faculty use teaching evaluation. Using a descriptive non-experimental design, the questionnaire was validated through the judgment of five experts. Expert consensus was determined using Aiken's V coefficient, with a cutoff value of 0.50. The average scores obtained were 0.74 for Clarity, 0.90 for Coherence, and 0.86 for Relevance. In addition, the judges suggested wording changes as well as the inclusion or removal of questions. Ten questions were revised and eight new ones were added, which supports the content validity of the guide and its adoption for investigating the use of teacher evaluation in higher education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O uso da avaliação de professores para fins de aprimoramento é uma questão controversa, especialmente quando o foco predominante é a tomada de decisões administrativas. Este estudo teve como objetivo reunir evidências que sustentem a validade de conteúdo de um roteiro de entrevista elaborado para examinar como docentes do ensino superior utilizam a avaliação de professores. Utilizando uma abordagem descritiva não experimental, o roteiro de entrevista foi validado por meio do julgamento de cinco especialistas. O consenso entre os especialistas foi determinado pelo coeficiente V de Aiken, estabelecendo um ponto de corte de 0,50, obtendo-se pontuações médias de 0,74 para Clareza, 0,90 para Coerência e 0,86 para Relevância. Além disso, os juízes sugeriram alterações na redação e a inclusão ou exclusão de questões. Dez questões foram ajustadas e oito novas foram adicionadas, corroborando a validade de conteúdo do roteiro e sua adoção para investigar o uso da avaliação de professores no ensino superior.]]></p></abstract>
