Este artículo busca analizar las prácticas universitarias de integración profesional de los egresados de las universidades privadas de masas en Chile, desde la perspectiva de los actores institucionales. Como estudios de caso se eligieron tres universidades de masas, caracterizadas a través de fuentes estadísticas secundarias y entrevistas a actores institucionales, identificando cuatro dimensiones de los procesos de integración al mercado laboral: seguimiento de sus titulados, apoyo a la inserción laboral, formación de habilidades blandas y desarrollo de un sentido de pertenencia.]]></p></abstract>

Este artigo busca analisar as práticas universitárias de integração profissional de formandos de universidades privadas de massa no Chile, a partir da perspectiva dos atores institucionais. Como estudos de caso, foram escolhidas três universidades de massa, caracterizadas por meio de fontes estatísticas secundárias e entrevistas com atores institucionais, identificando quatro dimensões dos processos de integração ao mercado de trabalho: acompanhamento de seus formandos, apoio à inserção laboral, formação de soft skills e desenvolvimento de um sentimento de pertencimento.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In the context of university massification, the labor market insertion of graduates is an unavoidable topic in higher education. This article analyzes the professional integration practices of students who graduated from massive private universities in Chile from the perspective of institutional actors. Three massive universities were chosen as case studies, characterized by means of secondary statistical sources and interviews with institutional actors, in which we could identify four dimensions of the processes of integration into the labor market: follow-up of their graduates, support for labor market insertion, training in soft skills and fostering a sense of belonging.]]></p></abstract>
