El objetivo del presente estudio fue valorar los efectos de un programa de formación gradual del dibujo sobre la adquisición de la actividad gráfica y la producción de las imágenes perceptivas en un grupo de niños de tercer grado de preescolar. En el estudio se plantea como cuasiexperimental con diseño de evaluación inicial y final con grupo control. Ambos grupos estuvieron conformados por 9 niños que cursaban el tercer grado de educación preescolar con la edad entre los 5 y 6.3 años en una escuela particular. A todos los participantes se les aplicó el protocolo de evaluación de la actividad gráfica como evaluación cualitativa en sesiones individuales. Los resultados evidencian mejor desempeño en el grupo experimental en comparación con el grupo control en todas las tareas del protocolo en la evaluación final. Se concluye que el programa de formación gradual del dibujo puede ser utilizado para promover el desarrollo psicológico y favorecer al nivel de preparación del niño para la escuela.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Graphic activity is one of the essential during preschool age. The goal of the present study was to assess the effects of the program for gradual formation of drawing on development of graphic activity and production of perceptive images in drawings at preschool age. The study was proposed as quasi experimental work with the initial and final assessment before and after of participation of the children of experimental group in the program of gradual formation of drawing. Both groups consisted of 9 children of preschool age, pupils of the third grade of preschool institutions, with the age between 5 and 6,3. All participants were assessed by qualitative protocol for assessment of drawing at preschool age. The results allow to evidence better execution during final assessment in experimental group for all the tasks of the protocol in comparison with control group. The conclusions suggest the possibility of the use of the program for gradual formation of drawing at preschool age for the goal of psychological development of the children and favorable level of preparation for school.]]></p></abstract>
