<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2007-09342025000400112&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2007-09342025000400112&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2007-09342025000400112&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Capsicum chinense (Jacq.), tiene gran importancia económica por lo que es un candidato natural para su implementación en agricultura protegida (AP), pero, tiene varios retos, no están bien definidas las etapas fenológicas ni los marcadores adecuados de las mismas, limitando el análisis de la optimización del cultivo. Por otro lado, se ha demostrado que las glucocininas favorecen el desarrollo temprano de modelos de germinación in vitro. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el efecto de una glucocinina de origen animal, sobre el desarrollo temprano de Capsicum chinense (Jacq). Los experimentos se realizaron en Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, 2016-2020, lotes de 360 semillas por tratamiento (20 semillas x triplicado x seis experimentos independientes), se expusieron a glucocinina de origen animal, glucosa y Goa+glucosa. Se evaluaron parámetros de morfología y la velocidad de crecimiento en cada etapa. El tratamiento con glucosa y la combinación, retrasan la germinación (p&#8805; 0.05), pero no afectan el fenotipo. Aparentemente, ninguna afectó la emergencia (p&#8805; 0.05). Hubo una reducción en el tiempo global requerido para el establecimiento (p&#8804; 0.05), el tratamiento con la glucocinina de origen animal lo disminuyó en un 30%, la glucosa un 26% y la combinación un 26.3%. El tratamiento con la glucocinina de origen animal incrementó el largo de la radícula y el número de raíces laterales (p&#8804; 0.05 para todas), mientras que la longitud del hipocótilo en los tratamientos es mayor al testigo. Se sugiere que la aplicación de glucocinina de origen animal podría ser útil para optimizar el cultivo de chile habanero en AP favoreciendo el desarrollo y disminuyendo el tiempo de estadía en los módulos de producción.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract apsicum chinense (Jacq.) has great economic importance, so it is a natural candidate for its implementation in protected agriculture (PA), but it has several challenges, the phenological stages and their adequate markers are not well defined, limiting the analysis of crop optimization. On the other hand, glucokinins have been shown to promote the early development of in vitro germination models. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of an animal glucokinin on the early development of Capsicum chinense (Jacq). The experiments were conducted in Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, 2016-2020, batches of 360 seeds per treatment (20 seeds x triplicate x six independent experiments) were exposed to glucokinin of animal origin, glucose, and Gao+glucose. Morphology parameters and growth rate were evaluated at each stage. The treatment with glucose and the combination delay germination (p&#8805; 0.05) but do not affect phenotype. Apparently, none affected the emergence (p&#8805; 0.05). There was a reduction in the overall time required for establishment (p&#8804; 0.05), the treatment with animal glucokinin decreased by 30%, glucose by 26%, and the combination by 26.3%. Treatment with animal glucokinin increased radicle length and lateral root number (p&#8804; 0.05 for all), whereas the hypocotyl length in the treatments is greater than the control. It is suggested that the application of animal glucokinin could be useful to optimize the crops of habanero chilis in PA, favoring development and reducing the time spent in the production modules.]]></p></abstract>
