También se obtienen expresiones 3 + 1 útiles para la manipulación de índices (contracción, simetrización, antisimetrización), productos tensoriales y derivación covariante de tensores arbitrarios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract A brief review of 3 + 1 formalism in General Relativity is presented, introducing innovative conventions and notation elements which make it easier to deal with all of the tensorial projections involved in this formalism. Also, useful 3 + 1 expressions for manipulation of indexes (contraction, symmetrization, anti-symmetrization), tensorial producs and the covariant derivative of arbitrary tensors are obtained.]]></p></abstract>
