<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1870-34532017000100086&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1870-34532017000100086&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1870-34532017000100086&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Los bosques de pino-encino de Chiapas han sido expuestos durante siglos a un régimen de alteraciones humanas de baja magnitud pero con alta frecuencia, que ha dejado paisajes forestales fragmentados que probablemente ha impactado la composición y estructura de las comunidades de insectos. En este estudio se analizó la comunidad de Heteroptera de 3 bosques secundarios de pino-encino con diferente historial de alteración. El muestreo de insectos se realizó con redes de golpeo en 18 parcelas por bosque y se obtuvieron los números de Hill como estimadores de la diversidad. Los insectos se clasificaron por tamaño y grupos tróficos para analizar la funcionalidad de las comunidades de heterópteros. En cada parcela se determinó el nivel de alteración como presencia/ausencia de extracción de suelo, madera, leña, incendio y desechos sólidos. Se encontró una mayor diversidad de heterópteros en el bosque con el nivel intermedio de alteración y una relación inversa entre la diversidad y la altitud. Los insectos más grandes y el mayor número de grupos tróficos se observaron en el bosque con alteración intermedia. El régimen de alteración contribuye en la determinación de la comunidad de heterópteros en los bosques secundarios de pino-encino estudiados.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Pine-oak forests of Chiapas have been exposed for centuries to a low magnitude but high frequency of human disturbance regime, resulting in a fragmented forest landscapes that probably have impact on structure and composition of insect communities. In this study the community of Heteroptera was described in 3 secondary forest of pine-oak with different historical disturbance regimen. The insects were sampled with sweep net at 18 plots, and the Hill numbers were calculated as estimators of Heteroptera diversity. At each plot was recorded the presence of extraction of soil, wood, firewood, and solid waste. We grouped the insect by size and trophic class, as an approximation to functionality of Heteroptera community. A highest abundance and species richness was found in the secondary forest with intermediate disturbance level. There was an inverse relationship between diversity and altitude. The biggest insect and highest diversity of trophic groups were observed in the forest with intermediate disturbance level. We conclude that the regime of disturbance contribute to determinate the community of heteropterous in the secondary pine-oak forest studied.]]></p></abstract>
