Con la técnica de difracción de rayos X (DRX) de polvos, se comprobó la obtención de la fase cristalina del tipo hidrotalcita, además de la incorporación del AI en la HT para la formación de los pigmentos. Mediante el análisis termogravimétrico se evidenció la limitada estabilidad térmica del AI así como el efecto de su incorporación en la estructura de la HT.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The obtaining of an hybrid pigment from the intercalation of the natural indigo blue dye (AI) in concentrations from 0.08 to 5% in weight, in the hydrotalcite (HT) by two methods: coprecipitation and memory effect, is reported. By the X-raypowder diffraction (XRD) technique it was proved the achievement of the hydrotalcite-like crystalline phase and the incoporation of AI in the HT for the pigment's formation. By means of the thermogravimetric analysis the limited thermal stability of AI was evidenced as well as the effect of its incorporation in the HT structure.]]></p></abstract>

<body><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2"><b>Resumen</b></font></p>     <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">Se reporta la obtenci&oacute;n de un pigmento h&iacute;brido, a partir de la intercalaci&oacute;n del colorante natural azul &iacute;ndigo (AI), en concentraciones del 0.08 a 5% en peso, en la hidrotalcita (HT), por dos m&eacute;todos: coprecipitaci&oacute;n y efecto memoria. Con la t&eacute;cnica de difracci&oacute;n de rayos X (DRX) de polvos, se comprob&oacute; la obtenci&oacute;n de la fase cristalina del tipo hidrotalcita, adem&aacute;s de la incorporaci&oacute;n del AI en la HT para la formaci&oacute;n de los pigmentos.
