El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar tensiones y posicionamientos éticos de estudiantes de dos maestrías de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional en torno al racismo en educación superior. Se empleó la metodología cualitativa y el análisis del discurso. Se conformó un grupo focal con ocho estudiantes de posgrado. Los resultados señalan que se tiende a silenciar la presencia del racismo, pero también que existen procesos de reflexividad, algunos de los cuales no logran romper con el discurso hegemónico, mientras que otros convocan a un posicionamiento dialógico y crítico de él. Es preciso seguir profundizando sobre el problema del racismo en educación superior, en particular en torno a las tensiones y posiciones éticas de los actores institucionales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract. The objective is to analyze some tensions and ethical positions of students of two master's degrees at the National Pedagogical University about racism in higher education. Qualitative methodology and discourse analysis were used. The analysis of a focus group, made up of eight graduate students was also carried out. It was found that racism tends to be silenced. Also, there are processes of reflexivity some of which fail to break with the hegemonic discourse; while others call for a dialogic and critical positioning. We consider that it is necessary to deepen the analysis on the problem of racism in higher education, particularly regarding the tensions and ethical positions of institutional actors.]]></p></abstract>
