Por esta razón, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo describir la caracterización de las propiedades térmicas y eléctricas de los materiales compuestos de polipirrol (PPy)/negro de humo (CB)/nanotubos de carbono (CNT) en una matriz de polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE). Las propiedades eléctricas de los materiales compuestos fueron estudiados por el método de Van der Pauw y corriente-temperatura, obteniendo resultados de la resistividad de hasta 1.07E-01 &#937;.cm para el material compuesto HDPE/PPy/CB/CNT. El estudio de espectroscopia de impedancia mostró que no existe retención de carga en el material, comportándose de manera similar como un semiconductor. El análisis termogravimétrico (TGA, por sus siglas en inglés) mostró un aumento de la resistividad térmica de los materiales compuestos conferida por la presencia de las cargas utilizadas. La morfología se estudió por microscopía electrónica de barrido (SEM, por sus siglas en inglés), observándose la distribución de la carga, formación de agregados y puentes conductores en el material compuesto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The study of composite materials has had a fundamental importance in scientific research and technological applications, due to their different properties. This paper aims to describe the characterization of thermal and electrical properties of the composite materials of poly-pyrrole (PPy)/carbon black (CB)/carbon nanotube (CNT) in a matrix of high density polyeth-ylene (HDPE). The electrical properties of the composites were studied by the van der Pauw method and current-temperature. Obtained resistivity results were up to 1.07E-01 &#937;.cm for composite materials HDPE/PPy/CB/CNT. The impedance spectroscopy study showed that there is no charge retention material, behaving similarly as a semiconductor. Ther-mogravimetric analysis TGA showed increased thermal resistivity of the composites con-ferred by the presence of the fillers used. Morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), showing the distribution of load, aggregate formation and conductors in the composite bridges.]]></p></abstract>
