En un segundo momento, la caracterización del humanismo se contrastó con algunas de las prácticas políticas que, mediante la transformación, podrían conducir a un humanismo auténtico. Con relación al método empleado, además del análisis de contenido deductivo, se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo exploratorio, empleando como técnica de recolección de datos una encuesta aplicada a los actores educativos de Baja California. Entre los resultados más sobresalientes, se identificó que existe un humanismo clásico en el que se contemplan prácticas como la inclusión y la equidad, así como un humanismo crítico que incorpora prácticas emergentes como la conciencia ecológica y la apertura a la diversidad sexual. En el caso de México, se observa una educación más próxima al humanismo clásico, aun cuando sus atributos no se practiquen en su totalidad.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: En this work, the objective was to identify the attributes and implications of a humanistic educational philosophy, given the limited understanding and lack of depth observed around the subject. In a second moment, the characterization of humanism was contrasted with some of the political practices that, through transformation, could lead to an authentic humanism. In relation to the method, in addition to deductive content analysis, an exploratory quantitative study was developed, using a survey applied to educational actors in Baja California as a data collection technique. Among the most outstanding results, it was identified that there is a classic humanism in which practices such as inclusion and equity are contemplated, as well as a critical humanism that incorporates emerging practices such as ecological awareness and openness to sexual diversity. In the case of Mexico, an education closer to classical humanism is observed, even when its attributes are not fully practiced.]]></p></abstract>
