Objetivo:  saber si existe una correlación entre delta de integral velocidad tiempo del tracto de salida del ventrículo izquierdo (DIVT) y variabilidad de volumen sistólico (VVS) como predictores respondedores a volumen.  Material y métodos:  estudio observacional, transversal, comparativo, en la unidad de cuidados intensivos se realizó un análisis para valorar la relación entre IVT y VVS como respondedores de volumen en pacientes con choque.  Resultados:  se realizaron dos relaciones de acuerdo con los datos de dispositivo mínimamente invasivo de tipo EV1000 y por ultrasonografía reportando la variabilidad de volumen sistólico y delta de integral velocidad tiempo correspondientemente, con una correlación de Spearman de 0.785 (p = 0.001) así como el gasto cardiaco medido por EV1000 y ultrasonografía con una correlación de Spearman de 0.688 (p = 0.002).  Conclusiones:  los datos analizados con este estudio nos permitieron confirmar la correlación entre la variabilidad de volumen sistólico y el delta de integral velocidad tiempo como predictores de respuesta a volumen en pacientes con choque.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:  Introduction:  currently, resuscitation is an essential part in the management of patients with shock, so multiple forms of monitoring have been described, either by minimally invasive hemodynamic mechanisms or by ultrasound evaluation, so it is interesting to know the relationship between each type of measurement.  Objective:  to know if there is a correlation between the velocity time integral of the left ventricular outflow tract (DVTI) and systolic volume variability (SVV) as predictors of volume responders.  Material and methods:  observational, cross-sectional comparative study in the intensive care unit, an analysis was performed to assess the relationship between VTI and SVV as volume responders in patients with shock.  Results:  two relationships were carried out according to the data of the EV1000 type minimally invasive device and by ultrasonography, reporting the variability of systolic volume and delta of velocity time integral correspondingly, having a spearman correlation of 0.785 (p = 0.001) as well as the cardiac output measured by EV1000 and ultrasonography having a Spearman correlation of 0.688 (p = 0.002).  Conclusions:  data analysed with this study allowed us to confirm the correlation between systolic volume variability and the delta velocity time integral as predictors of volume response in shock patients.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo:  Introdução:  a ressuscitação é atualmente uma parte essencial do manejo de pacientes com choque, razão pela qual várias formas de monitoramento foram descritas, tanto por mecanismos hemodinâmicos minimamente invasivos quanto por avaliação ultrassonográfica, por isso é interessante conhecer a relação entre cada um tipo de medição.  Objetivo:  saber se existe uma correlação entre o tempo integral da velocidade delta da via de saída do ventrículo esquerdo (VSVI) e a variabilidade do volume sistólico (VVS) como preditores de respostas ao volume.  Material e métodos:  estudo observacional, transversal comparativo na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva, realizou-se uma análise para avaliar a relação entre IVT e VVS como respondedores de volume em pacientes com choque.  Resultados:  duas relações foram feitas de acordo com os dados do dispositivo minimamente invasivo tipo EV1000 e por ultrassonografia, relatando a variabilidade do volume sistólico e delta da integral velocidade-tempo correspondentemente, tendo uma correlação de Spearman de 0.785 (p = 0.001), bem como o débito cardíaco medido por EV1000 e ultrassonografia tendo uma correlação de Spearman de 0.688 (p = 0.002).
