También se evalúa la manera en que se contribuye a la promoción de la justicia social en estos planteles. A través de un estudio cualitativo de alcance exploratorio, se analizan las características y prácticas del liderazgo directivo, y se destaca la importancia de involucrar a diversos actores educativos, como docentes, padres de familia y alumnos en los procesos de toma de decisiones. Los hallazgos revelan que las prácticas de liderazgo distribuido fomentan una red de apoyo interdependiente, donde se valora la colaboración y la participación. Sin embargo, la investigación también señala que el compromiso y la preparación de los responsables escolares pueden verse afectados por su contexto socioeconómico y las condiciones de trabajo adversas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This report presents research aimed at analyzing how distributed leadership manifests in two community television-assisted high schools located in disadvantaged educational contexts in Aguascalientes, Mexico. It also evaluates how these institutions contribute to promoting social justice. Through a qualitative exploratory study, the characteristics and practices of administrative leadership are analyzed, highlighting the importance of involving various educational stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, and students in decision-making processes. The findings reveal that distributed leadership practices foster an interdependent support network where collaboration and participation of all individuals are valued. However, the research also indicates that the commitment and preparation of school administrators can be affected by their socioeconomic context and adverse working conditions.]]></p></abstract>
