Para ello, se empleó una metodología mixta utilizando entrevistas semi estructuradas y una encuesta con la finalidad de conocer la aceptación del MMFD. De esta manera se identificó una articulación entre educación-empleo y que el MMFD genera e incentiva nuevas dinámicas. Asimismo, se observaron efectos como el desarrollo de competencias por parte de los egresados y las prácticas de las empresas y el alcance en la empleabilidad por parte de los egresados. Se exponen conclusiones y recomendaciones para su aplicación en México.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this paper is to show the perspectives of companies, school tutors and graduates on the Mexican Dual Training Model (MMFD) in the CBTIS of the State of Hidalgo. For this, we followed a mixed methodology using semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire to find out the perception of the MMFD. In this way, we identified an articulation between education and employment and that the MMFD generates and promotes new dynamics. Likewise, we observed effects such as the development of competencies in graduates and internships in companies and the reach in employability by graduates. We set out conclusions and recommendations for its application in Mexico.]]></p></abstract>
