En la actualidad Sugammadex revierte los efectos residuales del rocuronio y vecuronio, pero no existe suficiente literatura científica que nos muestre los efectos cardiovasculares después de su administración. Objetivo: Evaluar los cambios hemodinámicos después de la reversión del bloqueo neuromuscular con sugammadex en pacientes sometidos a revascularización cardiaca. Material y métodos: Se estudiaron 10 pacientes entre 51 y 68 años de edad. Estado Físico de la American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), II-IV. Sometidos a revascularización cardiaca. Se registraron los parámetros hemodinámicos y tren de cuatro; antes y después de la administración de sugammadex, durante los primeros 30 minutos. Resultados: No existe diferencia estadísticamente significativa en los parámetros hemodinámicos. Conclusiones: sugammadex puede ser administrado con relativa seguridad y efectividad en el paciente sometido a revascularización coronaria en cirugía de corazón abierto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Neuromuscular blockers are indispensable for the heart surgical procedures, their administration is not safe and can increase the morbidity and mortality in patients with any heart disease. Currently sugammadex reverses the residual effects of rocuronium and vecuronium, but there is no sufficient scientific literature that shows the cardiovascular effects after their administration. Objective: Evaluate the hemodynamic changes after the reversion of the neuromuscular blockage with Sugammadex, in patients to heart revascularization. Material and methods: We studied 10 patients between ages 51 to 68. Physical state from the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) II-IV, undergoing heart bypass, were recorded hemodynamic parameters and train of four; before and after the administration of sugammadex during the first 30 minutes. Results: There is not difference statistically significant in those hemodynamic parameters. Conclusions: sugammadex can be managed with relative safety and effectiveness in the patient subjected to bypass heart in surgery of open heart.]]></p></abstract>
