</abstract>

If we ask a medical anesthesiologist what clinical scenario represents a nightmare, no doubt he would answer that the loss of the airway. In September 2014, a device arose to market that is the combination of a videolaringoscopio (VL) with a laryngeal mask (ML). It Offers a set of options in a single device for global treatment in different scenarios. It is composed of several parts, a superior location camcorder (VC) called Videotrack. The VC has a viewfinder of 2.5 inches and a keypad mounted on A base to start the view, record and stop the recording of the images. A mL mounted on a flexible tube disposable and a rigid shovel attached to the latter. The device allows to manage the VA and it goes with the mask in "mask mode", similarly it allows orotracheal intubation "intubation mode", via the ML either introduce a bougie guide or broncofibroscopy through it. There is little experience in the different current clinical scenarios with this device. The device could represent a starting point so that anesthesiologists physicians update their labor standards.
</abstract>
