<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2448-76782009000200007&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2448-76782009000200007&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2448-76782009000200007&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El siguiente trabajo destaca una serie de reflexiones sobre determinados factores estratégicos y operativos que están relacionados con los sistemas de compensaciones en empresas de servicios, dicho análisis se ha hecho desde dos enfoques: primeramente, desde la perspectiva cualitativa en la que se analiza la situación actual, problemática, tendencias y condiciones necesarias para la instrumentación de un buen sistema de compensaciones en las empresas; a continuación se usa el enfoque cuantitativo en el que se realiza un análisis descriptivo univariado en el que se observarán frecuencias con respecto a la utilización de distintos elementos que pueden conformar un sistema de compensaciones. La investigación se llevó a cabo en Monterrey, Nuevo León, aplicándose un cuestionario a 24 ejecutivos de recursos humanos de diversas empresas de servicios, destacando el uso de las diversas herramientas técnicas en los procesos de gestión, análisis, descripciones y valuaciones de puestos, así como la utilidad que tiene el pago de bonos por desempeño y los esquemas de reconocimientos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The following work emphasizes a series of reflections on certain strategic and operative factors that they are related to the systems of compensations in services company, this analysis has become from two approaches, firstly from the qualitative perspective in which it analyzes the problematic situation, tendencies and conditions for the implementation off compensations system in companies, quantitative analysis in the implementation of different elements were observed that build a system of compensations. The investigation was development in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, a questionnaire to 24 executives of human resources in services companies were applied as a result of this analysis, descriptions and estimates of positions, has shown utility in bond payment by performance.]]></p></abstract>
