The main purpose was to find out suitable strategies in order to improve the working environment of these companies. We considered that these companies would benefit through better performance and working conditions. On this basis, these companies could take better advantage of opportunities that exports offer to them. This research is supported by the study of the organizational climate of avocado exporters, with available information about their organizations, their objectives, production, problems and exports capacity. A research instrument was created and five explanatory variables were identified: quality, price, technology, qualification and distribution channels. Finally, after studying these companies current organizational situation, a questionnaire was applied at different levels of the organization itself.]]></p></abstract>
