Para ello, se seleccionó una muestra representativa de 498 estudiantes, empleando un muestreo polietápico estratificado. Se examinaron cinco variables independientes que podrían influir en la percepción de calidad: preparación académica del docente, métodos de enseñanza, evaluación objetiva, claridad en la comunicación, y disponibilidad para resolver dudas. Los datos fueron recopilados mediante una encuesta con una escala Likert y analizados estadísticamente para identificar patrones. Los resultados revelan que los estudiantes valoran positivamente la calidad docente en estos programas, con énfasis en la preparación académica y la diversidad metodológica. Los análisis de correlación y regresión sugieren que la diversidad metodológica se relaciona con la capacidad de estimular la investigación, concluyendo que la calidad docente influye positivamente en la formación profesional y que ayuda a los egresados universitarios a su inserción en el mercado laboral.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This quantitative study focuses on the relationship between teaching quality and the training of professionals for their job placement. To do this, a representative sample of 498 students was selected, using stratified multistage sampling. Five independent variables that could influence the perception of quality were examined: academic preparation of the teacher, teaching methods, objective evaluation, clarity in communication, and availability to resolve doubts. Data were collected using a Likert scale survey and statistically analyzed to identify patterns. The results reveal that students positively value the teaching quality in these programs, with emphasis on academic preparation and methodological diversity. The correlation and regression analyzes suggest that methodological diversity is related to the ability to stimulate research, concluding that teaching quality positively influences professional training and helps university graduates enter the labor market.]]></p></abstract>
