Por otro lado, sus definiciones en la literatura jurídica se centran en procedimientos &#8220;rápidos&#8221;, &#8220;flexibles&#8221; y &#8220;eficientes&#8221;, y normalmente se hace para soluciones rápidas en un mundo que cada vez trabaja más en red y medios electrónicos. Las relaciones laborales en México están mediadas por un papel protagónico de las organizaciones sindicales y por un sistema mediador en el que cada estado de la federación pone sus propias reglas, en este sentido se analizara la relación entre el modelo de arbitramento y la agilidad institucional del Estado en el empleo de los Mecanismos Alternativos de Solución de Conflictos en materia laboral y al mismo tiempo estudiar los modelos de interlocución multinivel que permiten robustecer el sistema de justicia laboral. Se realizó un análisis de tipo cualitativo, documental-bibliográfico en una revisión documental se encontraron diferentes estrategias en cuanto a la mediación laboral en los conflictos laborales y se estudió el contexto actual del sistema de MASC en materia laboral en México como lo es el Centro de justicia alternativa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Mediation as one of the alternative dispute resolution instruments (MASC) is a field that has not been fully regulated, in regards to legal provisions. On the other hand, its definitions in the legal literature focus on &#8220;fast&#8221;, &#8220;flexible&#8221; and &#8220;efficient&#8221; procedures, and it is normally done for quick solutions in a world that increasingly works on the Internet and electronic media. Labor relations in Mexico are mediated by a leading role of union organizations and by a mediation system in which each state of the federation sets its own rules, in this sense the relationship between the arbitration model and the institutional agility of the State in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in labor matters and at the same time study the models of multilevel dialogue that allow strengthening the labor justice system. A qualitative, documentary-bibliographical analysis was carried out in a documentary review, different strategies were found regarding labor mediation in labor conflicts and the current context of the MASC system in labor matters in Mexico was studied, such as the Center for alternative justice.]]></p></abstract>
