Metodología:  Se empleó una metodología cualitativa con alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, con la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas.  Resultados:  El estudio reveló que la adopción de la plataforma de Amazon por parte de tres pyme mexicanas cuenta con diversos facilitadores, mismos que tienen un impacto significativamente positivo en términos de beneficios, crecimiento y desarrollo.  Limitaciones:  Las percepciones y experiencias individuales de las pyme mexicanas podrían ser subjetivas y variar ampliamente, lo que podría dificultar la generalización de los resultados.  Conclusiones:  La adopción de la plataforma de Amazon por tres pyme mexicanas ha demostrado ser una estrategia efectiva para impulsar su crecimiento y desarrollo, así como la integración de una serie de beneficios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Objective:  To explore the determining factors that influence the adoption process of the Amazon Mexico platform by three Mexican small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as its impact on the growth, development and benefits obtained by these companies.  Methodology:  A qualitative methodology with an exploratory and descriptive scope was used, with the application of semi-structured interviews.  Results:  The study revealed that the adoption of Amazon's platform by three Mexican SMEs, has several facilitators, which have a significantly positive impact in terms of benefits, growth, and development.  Limitations:  Individual perceptions and experiences of Mexican SMEs could be subjective and vary widely, which could make it difficult to generalize the results.  Conclusions:  The adoption of Amazon's platform by three Mexican SMEs has proven to be an effective strategy to boost their growth and development, as well as integrating several benefits.]]></p></abstract>
