El objetivo de la presente investigación fue monitorear en las cuatro estaciones del año, el estado nutricional de cabras en tres etapas fisiológicas. La investigación se realizó en Tlahualilo, Durango de agosto 2014 a julio de 2015. Muestreos sanguíneos se hicieron en cabras para determinar las concentraciones de glucosa, colesterol, proteína total y nitrógeno ureico. Los grupos estudiados fueron cabras en producción (PROD), gestación (GES) y desarrollo (DES), factor uno; en invierno, primavera, verano y otoño, factor dos, en un diseño completamente al azar con arreglo factorial. La glucosa en invierno del grupo PROD con 45.81 mg dL-1 fue la menor concentración (p &lt; .05). La DES en invierno de 57.71 mg dL-1 fue la más baja (p &lt; .05) en colesterol. La PROD en invierno tuvo de proteína 58.74 mg dL-1, la menor concentración (p &lt; .05). El nitrógeno ureico encontrado también fue menor en invierno (p &lt; .05). Los parámetros sanguíneos fueron más bajos en invierno.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this study was to monitor the nutritional status of goats in three physiological stages in the four seasons of the year. The present work was carried out in Tlahualilo, Durango from August 2014 to July 2015. Blood samples were taken to determine the concentrations of glucose, cholesterol, total protein and urea nitrogen. The groups studied were goats in production (PROD), gestation (GES), and growing goats (DES), factor one, in winter, spring, summer, and autumn, factor two, in a completely random design with factorial arrangement. The lowest concentration of glucose was in the PROD group in winter with 45.81 mg dL-1 (p &lt; .05). DES with 57.71 mg dL-1 had the lowest concentration of cholesterol in winter (p &lt; .05). PROD with protein concentration 58.74 mg dL-1 had the lowest average in winter (p &lt; .05). Ureic nitrogen also showed the lowest values in winter (p &lt; .05). The blood parameters were the lowest in winter.]]></p></abstract>
