Diseño metodológico: Se llevó a cabo una revisión de la literatura, una evaluación por expertos, y una valoración estadística a través de la aplicación de 265 cuestionarios electrónicos a egresados universitarios, en donde a través de un análisis factorial exploratorio, un análisis factorial confirmatorio, y análisis del modelo de medida de segundo orden, se estableció la validez convergente y discriminante para la estructura de las medidas. Se establece el poder explicativo, predictivo, y la bondad de ajuste del modelo.  Resultados: Se genera un instrumento de ocho constructos y 49 ítems que permiten evaluar las tres variables de estudio. Las cargas factoriales resultan superiores a 0.500 para la mayoría de los ítems, el AVE se mantiene por encima de 0.508 para todos los constructos en primer y segundo orden, el Alfa de Cronbach y el CR son superiores a 0.750, mientras que el criterio de Fornell-Larcker es satisfactorio y el HTMT resulta inferior a 0.808 para todos los casos.  Limitaciones de la investigación:  El análisis llevado a cabo en una sola región, requiere de una extensión hacia otras zonas del país aplicando un muestreo probabilístico para la generalización de resultados.  Hallazgos: Se obtiene un instrumento válido y confiable en el que se confirma la multidimensionalidad de responsabilidad social del universitario en cuatro factores y de compromiso organizacional en tres factores, así como la unidimensionalidad de satisfacción laboral. El instrumento presenta una bondad de ajuste adecuada para estudiar la responsabilidad social del universitario, su compromiso organizacional, y su satisfacción laboral.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Purpose: To develop and validate a measurement scale to assess university students' social responsibility, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.  Methodological design: A literature review, expert evaluation, and statistical assessment were conducted through the application of 265 electronic questionnaires to university graduates. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and analysis of the second-order measurement model were performed to establish the structure of the measures, ensuring both convergent and discriminant validity. The explanatory and predictive power and goodness of fit of the model are established.  Results: An instrument consisting of eight constructs and 49 items was generated to assess the three study variables. Factor loadings were greater than 0.500 for most items, the AVE remained above 0.508 for all first and second order constructs, Cronbach's Alpha and CR were greater than 0.750, while the Fronell-Larcker criterion was satisfactory, and the HTMT was less than 0.808 for all cases.  Research limitations: The analysis carried out in a single region requires extension to other areas of the country by applying probability sampling for the generalization of results.  Findings:  The study yielded a valid and reliable instrument, confirming the multidimensional nature of university students&#8217; social responsibility (four factors) and organizational commitment (three factors), as well as the unidimensionality of job satisfaction. The instrument demonstrated an adequate goodness of fit for examining university students&#8217; social responsibility, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.]]></p></abstract>
