Para ello se realizó una revisión y análisis de fuentes secundarias. En términos generales ha quedado en evidencia, que el enfoque de la identidad docente como un problema de habilidades profesionales y de recursos personales, ha contribuido a invisibilizar la dimensión material de la problemática docente en la que se responsabiliza solo al individuo y se borra el rol del Estado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The objective of this text is to critically analyze the current approach to the crisis of teacher identity as a problem of lack of professional skills and personal resources of teachers or of a mismatch between their knowledge and new social needs. For this, a review and analysis of secondary sources was carried out. In general terms, it has become clear that the approach to teaching identity as a problem of professional skills and personal resources has contributed to making the material dimension of the teaching problem invisible, in which only the individual is held responsible and the role is erased. of the State.]]></p></abstract>
