La metodología fue cuantitativa. La investigación fue no experimental con diseño transversal y enfoque descriptivo. La muestra fue no probabilística. El estudio incluyó las 32 entidades federativas que integran la República Mexicana. Las variables a medir fueron el número de escuelas, instituciones, docentes, alumnos, ingresos, egresos y titulados del ciclo escolar 2019-2020. Los resultados evidenciaron que la Ciudad de México, Estado de México, Puebla, Jalisco y Nuevo León mantienen una congruencia consistente entre las variables que se cuantificaron. Estas entidades federativas se encuentran por encima de la media nacional, aunque su posición en las gráficas es cambiante.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of the research was to analyze the postgraduate studies in the Mexican educational system. The methodology was quantitative. The research was non-experimental with a cross-sectional design and a descriptive approach. The sample was non-probabilistic. The study included the 32 states that make up the Mexican Republic. The variables to be measured were the number of schools, institutions, teachers, students, income, graduates, and graduates of the 2019-2020 school year. The results showed that Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Puebla, Jalisco and Nuevo León maintain a consistent congruence between the variables that were quantified. These states are above the national average, although their position in the graphs is changing.]]></p></abstract>
