Este estudio surge de la necesidad de comprender cómo las estrategias docentes influyen en el desarrollo del emprendimiento en un entorno laboral dinámico. El objetivo de la investigación es medir la influencia del liderazgo docente y sus dimensiones en el emprendimiento de estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Administración del Centro Universitario UAEM Amecameca. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo-correlacional de corte transversal aplicando un cuestionario tipo Likert a 143 estudiantes. El instrumento mostró alta confiabilidad (&#945;=0.964), y los datos se analizaron con estadística descriptiva y regresión lineal. El promedio del liderazgo docente percibido fue 4.18, mientras que el promedio de la promoción del emprendimiento estudiantil fue 3.95. Esto sugiere que, entre 70 y 90% de docentes exhiben liderazgo, mientras el 30 y 50% de docentes promueven activamente el emprendimiento. Se identificó, una relación significativa y directa (r=0.785, R²=0.617) entre las variables liderazgo docente y emprendimiento de los estudiantes. Las áreas con promedios más bajos fueron la motivación y apoyo a los estudiantes (4.13 en liderazgo) y el fomento de la innovación y creatividad (3.83 en emprendimiento). Los resultados indican que el liderazgo docente es un factor relevante, con un impacto moderado pero significativo para el desarrollo del emprendimiento. Es imperativo fortalecer las estrategias pedagógicas centradas en innovación, creatividad, motivación y apoyo para cultivar una cultura emprendedora sólida.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Teacher leadership is crucial for fostering entrepreneurial skills in university students, preparing them to face business challenges. This study stems from the need to understand how teaching strategies influence the development of entrepreneurship in a dynamic work environment. The objective of the research is to measure the influence of teacher leadership and its dimensions on the entrepreneurial behavior of students in the Business Administration program at the UAEM Amecameca University Center. A quantitative, descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional design was used, applying a Likert-type questionnaire to 143 students. The instrument showed high reliability (&#945; = 0.964), and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression. The average perceived teacher leadership score was 4.18, while the average score for the promotion of student entrepreneurship was 3.95. This suggests that between 70-90% of teachers exhibit leadership, whereas only 30-50% actively promote entrepreneurship. A significant and direct relationship was found (r = 0.785, R² = 0.617) between teacher leadership and entrepreneurial intention. The lowest-scoring areas were student motivation and support (4.13 in leadership) and the promotion of innovation and creativity (3.83 in entrepreneurship). The results indicate that teacher leadership is a relevant factor, with a moderate yet significant impact on the development of entrepreneurship. It is imperative to strengthen pedagogical strategies focused on innovation, creativity, motivation, and support to cultivate a strong entrepreneurial culture.]]></p></abstract>

O objetivo da pesquisa é mensurar a influência da liderança docente e suas dimensões no empreendedorismo de estudantes do curso de Administração de Empresas do Centro Universitário UAEM Amecameca. Foi utilizada uma abordagem quantitativa, descritiva-correlacional e transversal, aplicando um questionário do tipo Likert a 143 estudantes. O instrumento apresentou alta confiabilidade (&#945;=0,964) e os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva e regressão linear. A pontuação média de liderança docente percebida foi de 4,18, enquanto a pontuação média para o fomento do empreendedorismo estudantil foi de 3,95. Isso sugere que entre 70% e 90% dos docentes demonstram liderança, enquanto entre 30% e 50% promovem ativamente o empreendedorismo.
