El diseño metodológico fue cuantitativo, causal, de diseño transversal con un alcance correlacional a fin de determinar la incidencia de las variables. Se diseñó y aplicó una muestra probabilística aleatoria simple, compuesta por 69 empresas MiPymes de giro industrial y comercial en la ciudad de Tierra Blanca, Veracruz. Como instrumentos de medición se aplicaron un cuestionario y una encuesta con escala tipo Likert, validados por alpha de Cronbach. Los resultados evidencian que no existe una incidencia significativa de las variables al mostrar valores de significancia menores de 0.05 (prueba de Rho de Spearman) mostrando un mayor interés por el fortalecimiento de la imagen corporativa externa. Dentro de las limitaciones de la investigación se consideraron solo las empresas industriales y comerciales, excluyendo a las de servicios; sin embargo, se replicará el estudio en un futuro considerando a estas empresas. Los hallazgos relevantes indican que el sector MiPymes industrial y comercial se destaca por aplicar actividades basadas en la filosofía de responsabilidad social dirigidas a mantener una imagen corporativa externa positiva, sin considerar la importancia de la imagen interna y los efectos que esta puede tener en los stakeholders.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to determine the impact of between corporate social responsibility activities and internal corporate image in the cluster of industrial and commercial MSMEs in the period 2024. The methodological design applied was based on a quantitative, causal, cross-sectional study with a correlational scope to determine the variables´ impact. A simple random probability sample was designed and applied, composed of 69 industrial and commercial companies categorized as MSMEs in the city of Tierra Blanca, Veracruz. A questionnaire and a Likert-type scale survey were used as measurement instruments, validated by Cronbach's alpha. The results show that there is no significant impact of the variables by with significance values of less than 0.05 (Spearman's Rho test), the data show a greater organizational interest in strengthening the external corporate image. Within the limitations of the research, only industrial and commercial companies were considered, excluding service companies; however, the study will be replicated in the future considering these companies. The relevant findings indicate that the industrial and commercial MSME sector stands out for applying activities focused on the philosophy of social responsibility aimed at maintaining a positive external corporate image, without considering the importance of the internal image and the effects it can have on the Stakeholders.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar o impacto das atividades de responsabilidade social corporativa e da imagem corporativa interna no cluster de MPME industrial e comercial durante o período de 2024. O delineamento metodológico foi quantitativo, causal e transversal, com escopo correlacional para determinar o impacto das variáveis. Foi elaborada e aplicada uma amostra probabilística aleatória simples, composta por 69 MPMEs do setor industrial e comercial da cidade de Tierra Blanca, Veracruz. Como instrumentos de medida, foram aplicados um questionário e um survey com escala do tipo Likert, validados pelo alfa de Cronbach. Os resultados demonstram que não há impacto significativo das variáveis, apresentando valores de significância menores que 0,05 (teste Rho de Spearman), demonstrando maior interesse em fortalecer a imagem corporativa externa. Dentro das limitações da pesquisa, foram consideradas apenas empresas industriais e comerciais, excluindo-se as empresas de serviços; Entretanto, o estudo será replicado no futuro considerando essas empresas. Resultados relevantes indicam que o setor de MPME industrial e comercial é conhecido por implementar atividades baseadas na filosofia de responsabilidade social, visando manter uma imagem corporativa externa positiva, sem considerar a importância da imagem interna e os efeitos que ela pode ter sobre as partes interessadas.]]></p></abstract>
