Como estrategia metodológica se utilizó un estudio cualitativo basado en el análisis de las variables asociadas al modelo de rendimiento &#8220;entrada-proceso-salida&#8221;, en contextos del desarrollo de nuevos productos, para el cual se entrevistaron a equipos de estudiantes. Los resultados del análisis indican que aspectos tales como la composición del equipo, el liderazgo especialmente compartido, la claridad de objetivos, entre otros, afectan la eficacia y la eficiencia del trabajo en equipo como también los aprendizajes obtenidos tanto a nivel individual como en equipo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Nesta pesquisa caracterizamos as variáveis associadas com a efetividade das equipes de trabalho de um grupo de estudantes universitários chilenos. Como estratégia metodológica utilizou-se um estudo qualitativo baseado na análise das variáveis associadas ao modelo de rendimento &#8220;entrada-processo-saída&#8221; em contextos do desenvolvimento de novos produtos, para o qual se entrevistaram a equipes de estudantes. Os resultados da análise indicam que aspectos tais como a composição da equipe, a liderança especialmente compartilhada, a claridade de objetivos, entre outros, afeta a eficácia e a eficiência do trabalho em equipe como também as aprendizagens obtidas tanto a nível individual como em equipe.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this research we characterize the variables associated with the effectiveness of the work teams of a sample of Chilean university students. As a methodological strategy, we used a qualitative study based on the analysis of the variables associated with the "input-process-output" performance model in contexts of the development of new products, for which we interviewed teams of students. The results of the analysis indicate that aspects such as team composition, especially shared leadership, clarity of objectives, among others, affect the effectiveness and efficiency of teamwork as well as the learning obtained both individually and in teams.]]></p></abstract>
