Para esto, se elaboró un periódico en línea con los alumnos de segundo nivel en la asignatura de Medios Impresos I, y se analizó el acercamiento a las técnicas de in formación y documentación (TIC). Con los estudiantes de cuarto nivel, en la asignatura Taller Complementario Periodismo Digital, se elaboró el contenido con base en la redacción en línea y sus principales características: la multimedialidad, la interactividad y la hipertextualidad. Esta investigación-acción permitió que los alumnos se introdujesen en la redacción en línea y en el mundo digital por medio de estrategias de diseño y estructuración de la plataforma web, mediante una plantilla de Joomla.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Esta investigação qualitativa arrecada informações dos estudantes de Comunicação Social da Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Campus Ibarra, para conhecer seu comportamento e a importância da redação digital na sua formação. Para isso, desde o semestre março-julho 2013, foi elaborado o jornal online; com os alunos de segundo nível cursando a disciplina de Meios Impressos I foi analisada a aproximação às TIC e com os estudantes de quarto nível na disciplina Oficina Complementária Jornalismo Digital foi elaborado o conteúdo com base na redação online e suas principais características, como a multimidialidade, a interatividade e a hipertextualidade. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This qualitative research gathers information from students of Social Communication of the Catholic University of Ecuador at Ibarra, to know their behavior and the importance of digital writing in their training. To this end, an online newspaper was developed from mid-March to July 2013, with students from second level in the course Print Media I. The approach to ICT was analyzed and with the fourth level students in the complementary workshop Digital Journalism, content was created based on online writing and its main features such as multimedia, interactivity and hypertext. This action research allowed students to enter online writing and the digital world through design strategies and the structu ring of the web platform through a Joomla template.]]></p></abstract>
