<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2007-09342019000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2007-09342019000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2007-09342019000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La producción de calabaza (Cucurbita pepo L.) para verdura o calabacita bajo cubierta presenta dificultades por la falta de polinización, por tal razón, la partenocarpia es una alternativa para generar variedades de calabacita de invernadero, por lo que actualmente se realizan esfuerzos en la búsqueda de partenocarpia genética que no requiera del estímulo de la polinización, ni por factores fisiológicos a fin de que el fruto se desarrolle en forma normal hasta la madurez fisiológica. Se estudiaron molecularmente 46 genotipos partenocarpicos de calabaza arbustiva tipo round zucchini obtenidos en la Universidad Autónoma Chapingo. El objetivo fue caracterizar e identificar la diversidad genética entre los genotipos a partir de la variabilidad obtenida mediante marcadores genéticos moleculares como los microsatélites del tipo ISSR (inter secuencias simples repetidas) y RAMP (polimorfismo de microsatélites amplificados al azar). Se utilizó (GATA)4 como iniciador de ISSR y la combinación de (GATA)4 con cuatro iniciadores de secuencia aleatoria de la serie A de Operon (OPA05, OPA10, OPA13 Y OPA19) para RAMP. Con las dos técnicas se obtuvo un total de 43 loci polimórficos, seis loci amplificaron con ISSR y 37 loci con RAMP. El porcentaje de loci polimórficos para ISSR fue de 100%, mientras que para RAMP fue de 91.8% de polimorfismo, se encontró alto grado de relación genética entre los genotipos partenocarpicos. Se formaron cinco grupos para ISSR y cuatro para RAMP, con distancias génicas entre 0.72 a 1.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The production of squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) for vegetables or zucchini under cover presents difficulties due to the lack of pollination, for this reason, parthenocarpy is an alternative to generate greenhouse zucchini varieties, so efforts are currently being made in the search for genetic parthenocarpy that does not it requires the stimulation of pollination, nor by physiological factors in order that the fruit develops in a normal way until physiological maturity. A total of 46 parthenocarpic genotypes of round zucchini shrub type squash obtained at the Autonomous University Chapingo were studied. The objective was to characterize and identify the genetic diversity among the genotypes from the variability obtained by means of molecular genetic markers such as the microsatellites of the ISSR type (inter repeated simple sequences) and RAMP (microsatellite polymorphism amplified at random). It was used (GATA)4 as an ISSR initiator and the combination of (GATA)4 with four random sequence primers of the Operon series A (OPA05, OPA10, OPA13 and OPA19) for RAMP. With the two techniques, a total of 43 polymorphic loci were obtained, six loci amplified with ISSR and 37 loci with RAMP. The percentage of polymorphic loci for ISSR was 100%, while for RAMP it was 91.8% polymorphism, a high degree of genetic relationship was found between the partenocarpal genotypes.
