En dicho contexto, la gestión del capital humano se ve afectada vulnerando las operaciones y permanencia de estas organizaciones. Se considera que el capital humano es nodal para el equilibrio del sistema total, sin embargo, la literatura revisada no reporta modelos sistémicos específicos para pymes.  Método:  Se empleó el Método Sistémico y su tratado, con el desarrollo de la Metodología de Sistemas Suaves para generar un diagnóstico sobre la situación actual percibida como problema, detectar los componentes, actores, interrelaciones conflictivas y proponer un modelo conceptual para esbozar una solución. Dicho modelo se contrastó con la realidad operacionalizando sus sistemas relevantes, y puesto a consideración de expertos utilizando el Proceso de Jerarquización Analítica (AHP).  Resultados:  Cada uno de los sistemas relevantes obtuvo 90% de consistencia dentro del AHP. Esto significa que el modelo propuesto representa congruencia con la realidad que viven las pymes de hospedaje estudiadas y generó la pauta para proponer nuevas interrelaciones que mejoren la dinámica organizacional encaminada al equilibrio viable de estas empresas con su entorno.  Conclusión:  El Método Sistémico permitió identificar actores relevantes, ubicarlos en un nivel de recursión y reconocer las relaciones conflictivas. El modelo conceptual no persigue el rediseño del organigrama de la organización, sino replantear las relaciones actuales para reducir obstáculos y apoyar a la adaptación continua de las organizaciones en cuestión. Lo anterior, contrasta con otros enfoques que se aplican para la gestión del capital humano dentro de empresas del sector turístico pues poseen una esencia lineal.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction:  Lodging SMEs operate in a complex environment whose restrictions undermine their ability to adapt to disturbances. In this context, the human capital management is affected turning the operations and permanence of this organizations vulnerable. It is considered that human capital is nodal for the equilibrium in the whole system; nevertheless, the revised literature did not report specific systemic models for SMEs.  Method:  The systemic method was and it&#8217;s treaty, with the development of the Soft Systems Methodology to generate a diagnosis on the current situation perceived as a problem, detect components, actors, conflicting interrelations and propose a conceptual model to outline a solution.  Results:  Each of the relevant systems obtained 90% of consistency within the AHP. This means that the proposed model represents congruence with the reality that the lodging SMEs studied and generated the guideline to propose new interrelations that improve the organizational dynamics aimed at the viable equilibrium of these companies with their environment.  Conclusion:  The Systemic Method allowed to identify relevant actors, place them in a recursion level and to recognize the conflictual relations. The conceptual model does not pursue the redesign of the organization chart but to restate the current relations to reduce obstacles and to support the continuous adaptation of the organizations in matter. The previously mentioned approach contrasts to others applied to the human capital management in the tourist sector due to the fact that they possess a linear essence.]]></p></abstract>
