Se basa en la investigación &#8220;Diversidad, redes sociales y significados del trabajo: reputación digital y circulación de la agenda ESG en LinkedIn&#8221;, financiada por FAPEMAT y CNPq, Brasil. El estudio analiza la circulación comunicacional de los conceptos de &#8220;diversidad&#8221;, &#8220;equidad&#8221; e &#8220;inclusión&#8221; en LinkedIn, mediante un enfoque histórico-deductivo que combina investigación bibliográfica, análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo. La recolección de datos incluyó el mapeo y monitoreo de los hashtags #diversidade y #ESG, seguido de su codificación e interpretación. A partir de un análisis crítico del significado de la agenda ESG en Brasil, el artículo destaca la concepción del trabajo defendida por sus autores, señalando la necesidad de implementar acciones que promuevan la equidad en el ámbito empresarial. Los hallazgos evidencian la reciente adhesión de las empresas al DE&amp;I (2020-2022) y al ESG (2015-2020), en un contexto de desigualdad estructural marcada por la intersección de clase, racismo, sexismo, LGBTIfobia, edadismo y capacitismo. Finalmente, se plantea la urgencia de una postura radicalmente ética que transforme los fundamentos de la lógica capitalista, más allá del cumplimiento simbólico de estas agendas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article examines the contradictions and ambivalences of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Gobernante) prácticas and the DE&amp;I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) agenda within organizaciones, investigating whether they have effectively contributed to reducing inequalities for historically marginalized groups based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, age, or ability. It is based on the research project &#8220;Diversity, Social Networks, and Meanings of Work: Digital Reputation and the Circulation of the ESG Agenda on LinkedIn&#8221;, funded by FAPEMAT and CNPq, Brazil. The study analyzes the communicational circulation of the concepts of &#8220;diversity&#8221;, &#8220;equity&#8221;, and &#8220;inclusion&#8221; on LinkedIn, employing a historical-deductive approach that combines bibliographic research with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data collection involved mapping and monitoring the hashtags #diversidade and #ESG, followed by coding and interpretation. Through a critical analysis of the contemporary meaning of the ESG agenda in Brazil, the article highlights the conception of work advocated by its promoters while underscoring the necessity of implementing actions that genuinely promote equity in the corporate sphere. The findings reveal that corporate adherence to DE&amp;I initiatives is a recent development (2020-2022), as is engagement with ESG principles (2015-2020), within a broader context of structural inequality shaped by the intersection of class exploitation, racism, sexism, LGBT-phobia, ageism, and ableism. Finally, the article argues for the urgency of a radically ethical stance that challenges the foundations of capitalist logic, beyond the symbolic fulfillment of these agendas.]]></p></abstract>
