Mediante la investigación documental y el análisis comparado de autores es posible establecer los valores relevantes para el ethos de la administración pública. Algunas conclusiones relevantes son que el ethos en la administración pública proporciona a los servidores públicos un conjunto común de valores, principios, normas y estándares para guiar su trabajo; garantiza que el gobierno sea transparente, responsable y centrado en el bien público; proporciona un marco para la conducta ética y ayuda a promover la inclusión, la innovación y el profesionalismo en el sector público, y que la administración pública puede afrontar los grandes desafíos del mundo moderno y atender las necesidades de la sociedad de manera significativa y efectiva.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article argues that Public Administration (as a study of the object) in the 20th and 21st centuries had five types of ethos in public administration (as an object of study). Through documentary research and comparative analysis of authors, the relevant values for the ethos of public administration can be established. Some relevant conclusions are that the ethos in public administration provides public servants with a common set of values, principles, norms and standards to guide their work; ensure that government is transparent, accountable, and focused on the public good; provides a framework for ethical conduct and helps promote inclusion, innovation and professionalism in the public sector; and that the public administration can face the great challenges of the modern world and meet the needs of society in a meaningful and effective way.]]></p></abstract>
